To safely travel to its new home, your flowers may arrive with stems that have shifted or bent slightly during shipping. This is completely normal. Simply use your hands to gently adjust the stem back into your preferred position. If needed, stems can be shortened using wire cutters.

To keep your flower looking its best, display it away from prolonged direct sunlight, which may cause colors to soften over time.
